The user has selected an incorrect service and the processing has not yet started
2. Non-Refundable Cases :

Once the service has been started or completed
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the user
Delay or rejection caused by government authorities or third-party services
3. Refund Charges :
All approved refunds will be processed after a 5% deduction as processing and administrative charges
4. Refund Approval :
All refund requests are subject to verification
LokSarthi reserves the full right to approve or reject any refund request
The decision will be based on service status and provided information
5. Refund Timeline :
Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
